  • We keep our groups small and thoughtfully matched based on temperament, energy and play style. This gives every dog the best chance to feel safe, comfortable and have fun.

Our team will assess your dog alongside the information you provide to make sure they’re placed in the right group. We keep a close eye on every dog throughout the day and adjust as needed.

If your pup isn’t settling in, we’ll work with you to find the best approach for them.

  • Just your dog and their lead.

We’ll take care of the rest.

  • Big days. Bigger zoomies.

Hound Town is filled with enrichment toys, obstacles and sensory activities designed to keep dogs engaged, stimulated and happy. We rotate activities regularly to keep things interesting.

Alongside play and social time, dogs also get plenty of opportunities to rest and recharge, because naps are part of the experience too.

  • Before your dog attends, we’ll ask plenty of questions about their personality (because nobody knows them better than you).

Dogs are grouped with like-minded friends based on temperament and play style, and those groups are monitored throughout the day to make sure everyone’s having a good time.

  • No stress — just give us a call as soon as you can.

Dogs collected after 6pm will incur a $20 late collection fee.

  • We’ll go through any dietary requirements before your dog starts daycare.

Dogs with allergies or special dietary needs will wear a cute little ribbon so our team knows exactly which treats are safe (and which aren’t). We’ll also work with you to make sure they don’t miss out during birthday celebrations or special events.

  • This is a fun little yes, no and sometimes answer.

Daily feeding isn’t part of our regular routine, but we’re happy to accommodate puppies, dogs with medical needs or special dietary requirements.

And sometimes? There’s dog-friendly birthday cake involved.

If your dog has any allergies or food intolerances, just let us know during enrolment.

  • Yes, all dogs must have an up-to-date C5 vaccination, including kennel cough protection.

We’ll need to see proof from your vet before your dog’s first day.

  • Yes, all dogs attending Hound Town must be desexed.

  • Our daycare space uses non-slip, non-porous flooring designed for easy cleaning and hygiene. Throughout the day, waste is removed immediately and all play areas are thoroughly cleaned each evening using veterinary-grade disinfectants including F10 and Trigene.

We aim to be one of the cleanest (and nicest smelling) dog daycares in Perth.

  • Absolutely.

Some big dogs are just oversized lap dogs, after all. We group dogs by temperament and play style — not simply by size.

  • Absolutely.

We just ask that you’ve had your dog for at least 4 months before enrolling. This gives your dog time to settle into their new home and gives you time to really get to know their personality, routines and comfort levels.

  • Around 14 weeks old.

Puppies must have completed their 12-week vaccinations, and we recommend waiting an additional 10–14 days before attending daycare.
